RETURN POLICY
RETURN
- Refunds can be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date at the discretion of the Contracovids customer service department. The 30-day return policy is applicable to contracovids products with the exception of masks and disposable items.
- We do not accept Contracovids returns for products that have been opened or have had contact with skin or bodily fluids. All returns must meet our return requirements however, exceptions can be made at the discretion of the customer service department. Please note that if your return does not meet the required return criteria, a replacement may incur additional charges.
- No longer needed or wanted items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- We do not cover shipping expenses for items that are not defective or if the item was returned due to buyer’s remorse.
Masks and Disposable items
- Due to safety concerns, masks and disposable items are final sale once the package has been opened/used. (we recommend refusing the package if it's no longer needed or wanted).
- Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date and the item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- The unopened item must be returned in order to receive a refund.
- Warranty does not apply to masks and disposable items
- Returns will only be accepted for unopened packages - opened or used masks will not be refunded or replaced.
Limited Warranty Contracovids products are backed by a 3 month manufacturer product warranty beginning from the original purchase date. If the product is defective, we will provide a replacement unit within this 3 month period.Warranty does not cover: Abnormal wear, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, or taking apart of the product.Contracovids is not responsible for incidents or any other damage caused by the unintended use of the product. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
